This agreement is a legal contract between you and Surf-Shark Accelerator (referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding downloading, installing, and using the mobile accelerator application (referred to as the 'App').

By downloading or using the App, you acknowledge and agree to all terms in this agreement. Please read them carefully before use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract source code from, translate, or create derivative versions of the App or associated marks without authorization. Intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features or fees, and material changes will be communicated appropriately. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality, and we do not recommend jailbreaking or rooting devices.

This Service may integrate necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. When using related functions, you are also subject to the terms of those partners.

Service limitations: The App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for failure caused by unpaid carrier bills, data limits, poor signal, device restrictions, or carrier policies. Mobile data charges may apply outside Wi-Fi. Roaming charges outside your home country are your responsibility, and you should ensure you have permission from the bill payer before using the App.

Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. Service interruptions caused by drained batteries, system restrictions, or third-party platform changes are not covered by compensation. We work to provide accurate routing information, but some information may come from third-party partners, and we are not liable for direct or indirect losses resulting from it. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate the service without prior notice.
